MyLibraryNYC - Meeting Agenda and Powerpoint
The MyLibraryNYC program is an interlibrary loan partnership with the New York Public Library, the Brooklyn Public Library and NYC public schools. The program allows teachers to order books from the library online to be delivered to their school. These books can either be in single or multiple copies, allowing teachers to dramatically expand book club and class read options.
Part of my participation in this program involved presenting it to faculty and guiding them in setting up their accounts. I utilized time on a citywide professional development day to accomplish this. The meeting agenda and presentation slide show are below.
