Reading and Library Promotions

Passport Program

This is a yearly program for my school's English Language Learners. Volunteers are given a passport book to fill out. If they read 15 extra books (none of which are counted for any school assignment or grade) they are rewarded with a special field trip at the end of the school year.

This program gives these dedicated readers extra motivation to read during a vitally important time in the school year.
